  21. Well, I'm running 3.0 and a new setpatch (I'm at work, so I don't really 
  22. know which one, but it's as new as I could find).  Of course one has to 
  23. boot into PAL if in NTSC land.  There are bits and pieces of speech that 
  24. garble - sometimes - it depends on when it gets said.  There is one spot 
  25. that garbles really badly, but, the next time by, it works fine (Danged 
  26. if I can remember what or where it was!!)  This would be the point where 
  27. ye olde service personelle (sic) would suggest trying various CD-Drives 
  28. to see if it is your specific hardware that is at fault.  My CD-Drive is 
  29. a rebadged Aiwa from Mindflight Technologies (The same one that is sold 
  30. by Club Mac for $88 U.S. - neeto flip-up lid).  Remember, if you do 
  31. change drives, you have to go back into your Squirrel set-up somewhere 
  32. and rechoose the proper drive from the list (which is where I found that 
  33. mine was really an Aiwa).
